Paul led the campaigns to build community libraries erected in Rancho Cucamonga

Paul expanded youth recreational programs at the Fontana Teen Center and secured $1 million for a new family YMCA in Upland.
A Leader for Job Creation
Paul has created innovative jobs training programs that have provided quality job training to 28,000 residents.
Paul worked successfully to protect local jobs and attract quality new businesses, like Solar Atmospheres, to the Inland Empire.
